OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENT MEMBERS
Learn and Share
Through workshops, talks, conferences, and other events, IEEE members enhance and distribute their array of skills. IEEE Student Members can learn from distinguished academic or professional personnel, while visiting high schools to teach the fundamentals of technical phenomenons, such as robotics.
Compete and Solve Problems
BUET has been performing magnificently in IEEE Signal Processing Cup , IEEE VIP (Video and Image Processing) Cup, IEEEXtreme Programming Contest. We are also associated with other national (BUET EEE Day Project Showcasing, robotic contests) and global contests (IEEE MadC or mobile application development contest).
Alongside graduates, professionals, and faculty members, student members are encouraged to work on meaningful projects and publish them in IEEE Journals and Transactions. Student members, alongside other members, can also write for any IEEE Magazine, too (Example at IEEE Signal Processing magazine, on page 14).
